SERVICES

ATEX Advisory Services are targeted to clients in any phase of the enterprise systems lifecycle from strategy development and product selections to post-Go Live operations and support. Forensics Services are specifically targeted to clients with troubled or failed projects considering litigation or searching for alternative dispute resolution approaches.

Advisory Services

ATEX Advisory Services are all focused on providing stakeholders, executive management and Program Offices independent expert advice for successfully preparing, managing or assessing the health of or re-mediating troubled enterprise systems transformations. Key services include:

  • Executive Education and Coaching

  • Preparing and supporting management and stakeholders in dealing with the challenges of major enterprise systems business transformations by providing briefing sessions on best practices and lessons learned, conducting one-on-one coaching sessions to address specific issues, and facilitating brainstorming and planning sessions, as well as remote facilitation of chat and FAQs on project portals.

  • Planning, Strategy and Acquisition Support

  • Ensuring that the proper factors are assessed and the detailed implications of planning and acquisition related decisions are understood in projects involving COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) Strategy, COTS integration into enterprise architectures, COTS product selections, system integrator selection, licensing and services contractual arrangements, fit/gap resolution strategies, and organizational readiness.

  • Program Oversight

  • Providing an ongoing independent oversight in support of the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly managed, that status reporting accurately and truthfully represents the status of the project, that critical risks and quality defects are identified early and appropriate mitigation/corrective actions are taken, and that service providers comply with contractual and policy arrangements.

  • Health Assessments and Turnaround Planning

  • Providing a snapshot in time of the health of the project. A “report card” is prepared indicating ratings and identifying recommended corrective actions. As part of the service, we evaluate whether all aspects are being properly managed, status reporting accurately represents the status of the project, critical risks and quality defects are identified early, appropriate mitigation/corrective actions are taken, and that service providers comply with contractual arrangements. In case of an "in trouble" implementation, a turnaround plan is jointly prepared with the client.

All the above services are customized to the specific client situation and are performed by our experts in the field. Our staff’s superior communication skills make complex technical matters understandable to all stakeholder and executive management audiences.
